Fanart for a lovely fic called The Harbinger's Apprentice! One of the characters (Natalia) is a hydro cicin mage, and I wanted to try and draw what this one's outfit may look like. I'm much happier with this compared to what I previously drew, I'm honestly too embarrassed to show my first attempt as I found the quality to be quite poor compared to what I knew I could do. ^^;
