Genshin - Noblesse Oblige Personified

This is just a re-draw of my previous attempt to draw this lady. I finished my school term and got annoyed at my old art of her, I ended up drawing her again. It took less time than it did drawing her the first time, which I'll count as a plus! I had a lot of fun with this.
